The challenge
Make a broad capability set feel navigable.
A technology-services company needs to demonstrate depth without asking every visitor to understand its entire offering. Different organizations arrive with different priorities, and the website has to help them recognize where to begin.
The experience groups technical capabilities around business problems. Audience entry points, service content, and a direct route to the team give that breadth a structure visitors can explore.

The approach
Broad technical capability.
A more personal starting point.
The website balances the scale of cb20’s expertise with a people-focused presentation. Its opening message introduces the experience of working with the team, then invites visitors to choose a route that fits their organization.
01 · Establish relevance
Recognize the audience.
The homepage presentation offers entry points for enterprise, small and midsize business, public sector, and managed services. Visitors can begin with a relevant context.
02 · Develop the story
Reveal the expertise.
Service and industry content gives the broader story room to develop. The experience can introduce the business simply while still making space for its technical depth.

The work in detail / 01
Start with the experience, then offer a choice.
The homepage pairs the message “An Experience Above.” with people-focused imagery and a strong blue visual treatment. Audience options sit beneath the introduction, turning a broad promise into several recognizable starting points.
A visitor can connect the opening message to their own organization before exploring the full service offering.
The work in detail / 02
Give the capabilities room to breathe.
The desktop presentation shows content arranged around imagery, short explanations, and a clear services section. The layout breaks the offering into readable parts instead of presenting the full breadth as one uninterrupted block of text.
The page can communicate technical depth while preserving a clear reading sequence.

The work in detail / 03
Carry the same identity into the mobile view.
The mobile presentation retains the blue visual language, opening message, and visible contact option. The content follows a vertical sequence suited to a smaller screen, keeping the experience recognizable across the project’s desktop and mobile examples.
Identity
The blue palette, people-focused imagery, and prominent headings connect the opening message with the supporting service content.
Organization
Enterprise, small and midsize business, public sector, and managed-services routes give visitors specific starting points within a broad offer.
Connection
Visible contact options keep a route to the team close to the content, including in the mobile presentation.

Our WordPress development approach
From the visual direction to a site the team can use.
EVM’s approach to full-site WordPress development brings design, content, and technical implementation together. The aim is to give the team a practical way to maintain service information, explain capabilities, and support new-business inquiries.
Design and build
Mockups establish the visual direction and page hierarchy. Content organization defines a clear structure for service pages, industry content, and audience-specific landing pages. WordPress development translates those layouts into reusable templates and editable sections, with consistent navigation and calls to action.
Content and handoff
A practical editing setup lets the team update text, replace imagery, and assemble new content within the design. Form configuration, submission messages, editor guidance, and handoff documentation support day-to-day use.
Quality and technical preparation
Responsive layouts and browser checks cover desktop, tablet, and mobile. Accessibility work addresses heading structure, keyboard navigation, focus states, alternative text, and contrast. Performance preparation includes appropriately sized images, compression, caching, and attention to font and asset loading.
Launch and reliability
Staging review, content migration, redirect planning, metadata, indexing checks, and analytics setup prepare the site for launch. HTTPS, appropriate access roles, form-spam protection, backups, and an update plan support ongoing operation. Launch checks cover navigation, forms, and key content paths.
The delivery goal: a cohesive website that visitors can navigate and the internal team can maintain as its content evolves.
Delivery outcomes
A structured service story.
A recognizable digital presence.
A website with clear audience entry points.
The homepage presentation makes several routes visible from the start, while the supporting content gives services and industry expertise their own space. This is a concrete example of the content structure delivered.
A consistent presentation across screen sizes.
The desktop and mobile project examples share the same message and visual identity. The opening presentation, supporting content, and contact pathway form a recognizable experience across screen sizes.
