About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Elite Venture Media (“EVM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of evm.io. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site.

Submitting a contact or project-inquiry form does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by EVM and the client.

Portfolio and third-party materials

Portfolio examples may contain client names, trademarks, screenshots, photography, or other materials owned by clients or third parties. They are displayed to describe work performed and do not transfer any rights to you. Results described in case studies are contextual and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

You represent that you have the right to submit information and files through the site and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights. You grant EVM permission to use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your inquiry, protect the site, and comply with law. Please do not submit highly sensitive information through a general website form.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Onondaga County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective when posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the public site, but they do not replace any separate written agreement for client services.
